We cannot read what is inside your account

Your portfolio and wallet data is encrypted on your device with AES-256 before it is sent. What reaches our servers is ciphertext. This is a property of how the product is built rather than a policy we promise to keep, which is why nothing described on this page can reach your holdings, amounts or balances: there is nothing readable there for a cookie, an analytics provider or an advertiser to obtain.

1. ScopeWebsite

This policy covers turbobulls.com, the public website. The application at app.turbobulls.com is governed separately and is described in section 5.

2. What applies whatever you chooseAlways on

We record that a visit took place, anonymously. Nothing identifies you, and one visit cannot be connected to the next. Counting a visit is distinct from storing information on your device, and it is the second of those that consent governs.

Two items are held on your device irrespective of your choice. Both are listed below rather than summarised.

3. What accepting addsOn consent

Accepting the banner adds three things, and nothing beyond them.

A cookie, so that a returning visitor can be distinguished from a new one.
A recording of how pages are used, replaying clicks and scrolling on our own pages. Text you type is masked and does not reach us.
Advertising. We measure whether an advertisement brought somebody to the site, and Google may subsequently show you Turbobulls advertisements on other sites.

4. Withdrawing consentYour choice

Use the control, which also appears in the footer of every page under the same name. Withdrawing reloads the page: a script the browser has already executed cannot be unloaded by any other means, and we would rather reload than report that something has stopped when it has not.

Declining costs you nothing. No part of this site is withheld from visitors who decline.

5. Inside the applicationApp

No advertising trackers in the app

Within app.turbobulls.com we record explicit product events only: no autocapture, no session recording, no advertising trackers, and nothing capable of describing a holding. Error reports are masked. None of the advertising described in section 3 operates there.

One item crosses between the two. If you accept advertising on this website and then create an account, Google’s identifier for that visit is stored against your profile, so that a subscription taken out weeks later can be attributed to the advertisement that produced it. When a payment is made we send Google that identifier, the amount and the currency, and nothing else: not your name, not your email address, and nothing about what you hold. It is never joined to anything inside your account, and as stated at the top of this page, the contents of your account are not readable by us in any case.
